[Q] - How can I obtain latest version of X Overload ?
[A] - The latest versions of X Overload is always available in our website at http://www.xoverload.com

[Q] - Will there be updates for X Overload in the future?
[A] - Yes, soon! There will be an updates whenever we have more information to add to the database or when we added new features to the program. To see how hardworking we are, please refer to the ‘Version History’ file that come with X Overload for more information.

[Q] - How does X Overload licensing work?
[A] - X Overload license cost USD20 for the first year. User can enjoy all the free update within 1 year of registration. We usually have 8 to 10 updates every 12 months. Subsequent year of license will cost USD10 for another year. If user decided not to renew the license, user will still able to use the previous version of X Overload.

Compatibility
[Q] - Does X Overload work with System 9.2.2 or earlier?
[A] - No. X Overload and Extension Overload are mutually exclusive to the systems they were developed for. X Overload can only run on machines running OS X, and Extension Overload can only be run on machines running running System 7 to Mac OS 9.2.2. For older version of Mac OS, you can download Extension Overload from http://www.ExtensionOverload.com

Registration
[Q] - Will I get junk emails when I register X Overload ?
[A] - Never. We will never sell, rent or give your name, address or email address to anyone. We are committed to your privacy. We recognize your need for reasonable control of personally identifiable information that you share with us. We will never share this information with others.

[Q] - I have lost my serial number, how can I have it replaced?
[A] - We keeps records for all of our registered users. In order to get your code in the event it has been misplaced, please send an email to support@xoverload.com including your name and email address so we can look you up in the database and send you your replacement code.

[Q] - Is it secure to buy online?
[A] -Yes. In order to ensure that your order is both secure and private, we outsource our Payment processing to established payment processing service providers.

[Q] - Why should I register (pay for) X Overload?
[A] - We are attempting to offer high quality products at a low price, on a ‘try before you buy’ basis. Supporting us by registering X Overload is the only way you can ensure that we will continue to produce more high quality software distributed as shareware.
